Congratulations to our amazing Devil Rays for winning our very first meet of the season against the Krakens! It was an incredible team effort, and we couldn't be prouder of how hard all of our swimmers competed. Let's keep that fantastic momentum going!

🗓️ Meet Declarations

Please make sure to log into the website and declare your swimmer's status for our upcoming meets. As always, no late declarations will be allowed, and any undeclared swimmers will be unable to swim in the meet.

• Wednesday, June 17 Meet: Declarations close TONIGHT, Sunday, June 14 at 11:30 PM.
• Saturday, June 20 Meet: Declarations close Wednesday, June 17 at 11:30 PM.

🤝 Volunteer Jobs Update

📸 Team Picture Day: Friday, June 19th

Don't forget that team pictures are this coming Friday!

• Where: Virginia Manor Pool
• Time: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM (Please arrive promptly at 7:15 AM in your team swimsuit!)
• Practice Note: There is no team practice on this day.

Olsen Photography uses an online-only ordering system—cash and checks will not be accepted at the pool.

1. How to Order: Go to www.olsonphotography.com and use the access code: SWIM
2. Important Step: To avoid late fees, please place your order by picture day. Once you order online, you will receive an order number via email.
3. The Photo Slip: You must write this order number on the physical photo slip provided at the shoot and hand it directly to the photographer. Orders cannot be processed without it!
